Das tägliche Dungeon-Limit für Charaktere hebt Blizzard für den Pre-Patch von WoW TBC Classic und für den Release auf.
In WoW Classic hatte Blizzard nach einer Zeit ein Dungeon-Limit für Charaktere pro Tag eingeführt. Es konnten nur noch 30 Dungeons pro Tag und pro Charakter gespielt werden. Diese Regel wird nun zumindest für eine Zeit lang außer Kraft gesetzt.
Welches Limit gilt nun? Für den WoW TBC Classic Pre-Patch und den Release der Erweiterung, sowie einige Zeit danach wird das Limit vollständig aufgehoben. Ihr könnt in diesem Zeitraum also so oft die Dungeons laufen wie ihr wollt.
Die Entwickler wollen die Situation beobachten und hinterher entscheiden, ob eine erneute Einführung eines Limits nötig ist und wenn ja, wie hoch das Limit ausfallen sollte.
Das Limit von fünf Dungeons pro Stunde bleibt allerdings bestehen.
Warum wurde das Dungeon-Limit eingeführt? Blizzard will mit dem Dungeon-Limit unter anderem gegen ungewöhnliches Verhalten vorgehen. Es war eine ihrer Lösungen im Kampf gegen die Bots.

The daily limit was a setting that we chose with great care last year, as we measured that it would impact an extremely low number of legitimate accounts, while giving us a helpful means to limit the impact of exploitative accounts before we could detect them and close them.
Now, with The Burning Crusade Classic pre-patch upon us, we understand that players are about to play WoW in a different way as they level up their Blood Elves and Draenei and then go through the Dark Portal and level some more. Over the next few weeks, the impact of the daily limit is more difficult to know, so we’re going to remove the daily limit on all Burning Crusade realms, effective with the launch of pre-patch.
As before, we will carefully observe player activity so that we can decide what daily limit, if any, is appropriate to enact after Outland leveling activities have peaked.
